Participating Project Salina businesses may drop off donated products and/or monetary donations on Tuesday, June 4, or Wednesday, June 5.
To help reduce the workload for board members, we strongly encourage deliveries between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on both days at the warehouse located at 505 Graves Blvd. (click here).
If you require a board member to collect the food or checks, please send an email to projectsalina@gmail.com and provide the following details.
•Where to go to pick up the product (address, which door, etc.) •Who to make contact with at the business (name/phone number) •What product are we picking up and how much •What time/day can they be picked up (allow a two hour window)
Please have the product securely boxed or bagged and placed on the ground floor. Please avoid over packing boxes to prevent difficulties for our board members when loading them.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ITEMS COUNTED and include this Collection Report with your items.
Mail your checks to:
Project Salina, PO Box 2861, Salina KS 67402-2861. You can send them at your convenience; there is no deadline for donations.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL CHECKS ARE PAYABLE TO PROJECT SALINA.
If you prefer not to mail cash, you can bring cash or checks to Central National Bank (454 S. Ohio, near Water’s True Value). Please label the envelope with "Kristina Litchman, Project Salina" and indicate the donor's information to ensure proper credit for your business. You can either drop it off at the drive-thru or take it inside.
